Gehenna Gaming Announces Three New Actual Plays

March brings the first signs of spring, but more importantly, it brings terror, as we launch three new Actual Play series for fans of horror TTRPGs! Gehenna Gaming is excited to announce several actual plays kicking off, including a 4-episode arc of the game of Feminine Horror - Bluebeard’s Bride - by Magpie Games, as well as full 8-episode series of Mörk Borg and Alien: The Roleplaying Game, from Free League.

Bluebeard’s Bride: Heritage Horror is a unique take on the game based on the classic fairytale of the widower Bluebeard. Run by guest Gamemaster, or “Groundskeeper,” Rosie Walker (She/Her), this series runs Bluebeard’s Bride as an anthology series, with four players trading roles for each game as a series of sisters marry the eponymous Bluebeard after each previous bride vanishes. Starring: Kitty Kimchi (She/Her), Savannah Fairchild-Lowe (She/Her), Abby Peterson (She/Her), and Alyx Bui (They/Them). Heritage Horror premieres on March 3rd at 8 pm Eastern.

Mörk Borg: Rites from the Holy Mountain is another anthology series, exploring several pre-written and original scenarios for the Doom Metal of TTRPGs. Guest Gamemaster Robert Reeve (He/Him) will run Rotblack Sludge, Treasures of the Troll King by Chris Bissette, Dukk Börg by Gem Room Games (yes, that Dukk Börg), and a homebrew scenario designed by the Gamemaster. Starring: Ian E. Muller (He/Him), Dan Muñoz (He/Him), Alex (She/Her/They), Selina Cupell (They/Them), Kris Atanasoski, Willy Abeel, and VynVox (He/They). Rites from the Holy Mountain begins on March 25th at 8 pm Eastern!

Finally, Alien: An Anthology, is a special overview of the existing scenarios for the award-winning TTRPG for the Alien franchise. Game Mother Nick Francia (He/Him) will lead a rotating cast of players through Chariot of the Gods, Destroyer of Worlds, and the upcoming Heart of Darkness. Stay tuned for more information on this deep dive into the Alien series, including casting and air date in late March.

To kick off the entire month, however, we’ll be hosting the premiere of season seven of ATL by Night, a Vampire: The Masquerade 5th Edition actual play run by Gehenna’s own Events Manager, Ellie Collins (She/Her) as Storyteller. Tune in on ATL by Night’s Twitch at 8 pm Eastern, March 1st!

Last, but not least, stay tuned for news about April’s schedule as well as an Open Casting Call for some additional upcoming shows!
